I hate it when people say ‘life is short’. I stopped to pump gas (1.78 gallon) while outside the perimeter today and an old man across the aisle was smoking. He saw me shaking my head and said ‘life is short’
What the hell?? Life is the longest damn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that’s longer?

Life is short (positive) = a reminder to do all things well and sincerely.

Well I know one thing for sure, I’ve lived a lot longer than I had ever imagined I would (74) and I’m not ready to check out yet.
