I got a text from a younger relative today without one actually word! It made me wonder with the popularity of texting, it is a wonder that any of us know how to spell a complete word !

I have it from thems in authority English won’t dissolve into 1-2 letter bits. But the longer more eloquent words are in jeopardy as people don’t want to type them out.
