Start Your Day With Inner Peace

As you approach your mornings, spend time in meditation or prayer; do not turn on the TV, start texting your “peeps” or log on to your face book page to see how many of your 836 friends saw your video of the cat walking backwards. Take a walk without updating your Twitter feed of your breakfast plans. Center  yourself.  Look at it as an opportunity to effect change in something or someone, hell even yourself !
